Join Bought Beautifully and Uprising for a community book club, where we discuss Fragments: A Post-Traumatic Paradigm. A true story of surviving a parent’s addiction bouncing from one house to the next, and being sex trafficked.
Through memoir, poetry, and prose, K.D. offers a glimpse into the intricate way a child’s mind processes traumatic experiences.
This is a graphic but honest book and the discussion will give the opportunity to process, and learn about human trafficking and exploitation in our region.
Bought Beautifully has loaner copies of the book in-store that you can check out for free. A community discussion will be held on April 14th at 7pm at Bough Beautifully for anyone who read the book (or didn’t!) and wants to learn more.
