Keeping Kids Safer Online

This public class is geared towards parents/caregivers. It will focus on keeping youth safer in online spaces.

Featured speakers Terri Markham, Executive Director of Uprising, and Chris McDonald, Wyoming Internet Crimes Against Children Commander will delve into the realities and risks of the online world. The will discuss trends and cases happening in Wyoming and cover strategies you can implement in your daily routines that will lower the risk of the youth you love ever experiencing exploitation or exploitation.

This class is offered FREE and is open to the public thanks to Soroptimist International of Laramie.

It will be located in the Albany County Public Library’s large meeting room from 6-7:30pm. Free resources will be available, as well as resources for purchase.
