UP^Grade Middle School Social Orientation
UP^Grade is a FREE full-day workshop and social orientation for students who will be in middle school in the 22-23 school year.
Participants will have the opportunity to take part in games, activities, and discussions centered around important topics such as consent, boundaries, healthy relationships, teen dating violence, online safety, and exploitation led by local experts from Uprising, Advocacy & Resource Center, Compass Center for Families, CHAPS Equine Assisted Services, and SAGE Community Arts.
We believe that middle school is a time when youth often learn about risky topics from their peers, and we want to create safe spaces to give helpful information about those topics in an effort to prevent and reduce risky behaviors.
Registration is required, and lunch & snacks are included. Parents/guardians are welcome to stay and observe.
