Offender Focused Human Trafficking Operations
Uprising is hosting Detective Joseph Scaramucci for three seperate “Offender Focused Human Trafficking Operations” training opportunities November 16-18th. This is a 6-hour course with POST credits available and it is being offered free of charge. Class size is extremely limited and RSVP is required. Please email terri@uprisingwyo.org to register.
This course is not a 101, and is intended for investigators and administrators with previous human trafficking training. It focuses on running operations with minimal manpower and resources and without needing cooperation of victims. It is highly recommended that leadership within agencies currently running or looking to begin human trafficking operations attend.
